The American Friends of the Victoria and Albert Museum, Inc. is an independent charitable organization which has traditionally supported the work of the V&A. It is recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt entity described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations to the AFV&A are deductible for US tax purposes to the extent permitted by law.
